Pathetic service. Voice mail recording saying they will get back to you. They never do. Further when you try to call the main call centre the call cuts off and that voice recording goes on and on. Cell C is pathetic. All I wanted was to cancel my contract. Terrible

Very disappointed with your Sim swap policy. How are you supposed to remember the 5 numbers you called when your phone has been taken from you in gun point? Come on have a heart. Also your consultants do not have a heart for customers period, they're either on their phones or gossiping away. I'm disgusted

The cell c service at the workshop branch is very bad. I've been here for 2 hours and i haven't got consulted yet. Come on guys, your'll can do better than that. If your guys can't do the job, there are better people out there you can do a very better job than this nonsense they doing here
