The shop is always clean and smells fresh. The staff is helpful. But there's always a long wait at the money market, something needs to be done there to improve customer service.

Covid 19 central. Absolutely no care in the world here. Security or staff do not enforce masks being worn properly, infact the floor managers and packers and some of the cashiers have their nostrils exposed taking in the fresh air... whats the point of the mask then... watching a staff member coughing over the bag of potatos he is emptying onto a rack... really? very unimpressed. If I dont see improvement on my next visit, I will be getting the department of health to join me on a shopping expedition to see for themselves.

Onion is always rotten kindly speak to your supplier. On the outside it looks healthy but rotten on the inside spoiling the entire onion. Cannot take it back coz i discover as i cook. I do not have the receipt anymore....

The service is shocking at this Checkers. Only 1 person at the Bakery, no rolls available, I saw Panini there but was told I am unable to buy them. Queues were horrendous, customers just accept this shoddy slow service. I only had 2 items headed to the Kiosk which also took ages. Manager seemed disinterested. Maybe they understaffed???? Yes they busy, making good money Im sure but feeling frustrated and dismayed and will not step foot in the store again if I can help it!!!
