I called them and yep by the end of the very same day my freezer was sorted. Zak and his worker Saleh were very professional, efficient and friendly. It does not end there, after the service Zak called several times to make sure if my fridge was up to standard and still happy with their service. Do not rust this company to do repairs for you. This company is a very unprofessional company. This guys stays 2 roads away from me, 3 weeks this guy came to my house and did who knows what to my fridge, he made me chase him for a repair that was poorly done that has still not been fixed now. He talks a lot. By his speech you can clearly hear he does not know what he is doing. Do not trust this company to do any repairs for you.
