I am not happy with their service at all...... within a week my gas keeps running out and they always give me different excuses.... I have been coming back here 4 times within a month. im only coming back here to fix it cause it still under warranty.Otherwise i would have taken my car to another aircon fixer.... and they take forever for leak and regassing.... and today i gave them 6h 45min but still the car is not ready..... im really pissed off right now. This is not a place to recommend.

I initially read the reviews and was skeptical. Then asked around about aircon compressor repair companies and was referred to Cool Connection. Contacted the company and was advised I could bring my vehicle in immediately as they had a gap. I had been to two other companies that had informed me compressor had packed up. On arrival receptionist informed me that diagnostic would need to be done, which would take approx. 45 minutes. I asked them to call and inform me of the findings. About an hour later I received a call from Jodie to inform me that my compressor was not working, they could repair it or replace. I received verbal quotes for both the repair and the replacement, together with the warranty periods, and gave the go-ahead to proceed with the repair, which would take about 3 hours. About 3 and a half hours later, I received a call to say aircon has been repaired and car is ready. I opted to collect, they do also offer a delivery service. Aircon working like a dream. Very reasonably priced for both a repair and a replacement. Other companies are between R2000 and R4500 more. They understood my needs, I needed my vehicle by a specific time and worked towards ensuring they delivered timeously. Their whole team gets 5 stars for their service. Well done on a fantastic team who work together to deliver awesome service. Would definitely recommend them

Horrible! I went there to regas my aircon...They told me it would take 45 minutes and it took them 1hour and a half; they told me my aircon system had a leak and it was too damaged and they couldn't give me a quotation on that day. They called me the day later to tell me that the valve or whatever it was needed to be shipped from Germany so I had to wait for 5 weeks and pay like 7000 Rand for the work!! The following day I went somewhere else to get my car checked and regassed and it took them 15 minutes ; total cost: 450R!! no leakage, no pieces to replace. My only hope is that they are just incompetent and not dishonest...but I cannot be so sure about it!! Don't go!!!
