Its not everyday you come across great customer service in SA...Both Ruphus and Johan are very helpful and prompt with assisting me with my E-bike (I need a new controllerdisplay LCD & this E-bike was not bought from them)...Keep it up guys! A to them & the owner of this establishment!

Flipping Rip off artists of note. R80 for a new tube and R100 to fit it...Did it myself in less than 5 mins without any tools only a tyre pump..Should do it for free guys and look after ur clientele...what a shame!!!!

I enquired about a giant mtb, I told them exactly what I wanted and nobody to this day ever got back to me, I got a great deal on a full carbon KTM from cycle lab and another on a Aluminium Trek mtb from Neil at Cycle Specialist. On a separate occasion they quoted on a giant road bike fork and when it came to collect the fork the price was more than double the quoted price and I have the proof. Emailed them over a week ago voicing my concerns and no response to this day. There are so many other great frirndly bike shops in durban, do not waste your time with this place.

Most of the guys are unhelpful and don't cater to the ordinary cycling community needs. I suggest go to Peerless Cycles up the road, for a much friendlier, helpful and quite important: cheaper service.
