Worst service I have ever received from a courier company. No one takes calls or even assists with queries pertaining to your package. I will never use Dsv again they are just pathetic

Absolutely pathetic service . The entire process from booking a collection , to pick up of parcel , to tracking , to delivery is a joke . Non-existent customer service , none of the phone numbers work at the head office or the distribution centre and no-one responds to emails either .

Calls take forever to be answered. The delivery was done almost two hours after the give time and the delivery guy did not have an important document that needed to be signed. Woeful service
