Unethical practice. All patients are given an 8am appointment, but on arrival everyone is made to wait in a queue. Despite them giving you an appointment, you are expected to wait for a turn to see the doctor. When I went to the receptionist to enquire about waiting time and also notify them of our detail, I was told to have a seat and they would attend to my fiancé when possible. Unfortunately this is her second visit here and the exact same scenario unfolded the last time which shows that this terrible service is a regular story here. Every person that becomes impatient with the rediculously long wait goes to the receptionist to get some feedback and gets the same answer: "please have a seat and I will attend to you when I can." Please choose an alternate dermatologist... this one is not worth the frustration and time.
