Waited for 2 days missing work only to be told that there are no spaces, and the thing is yoh go to different people for different areas, and you wait long hours, they should display schools with spaces so we know who or where to go to instead of missing days at work to be told there are no spaces.

Wow the service is so bad , iam disgusted by the way the women spoke to me over the phone, already i sit with frustration over trying to get hold of the office, then when someone eventually answer they where down right rude... Disappointed caller
