Poor communication and feedback in general. Items delivered to incorrect address at a time not agreed upon. Lack of ownership of their mistake or personal responsibility. My personal items including expensive furniture delivered damaged with a feeble attempt to sellotape parts back together. Staff noted to sit on box wrapped items while packing the truck. Some of my items noted to have water damage which is concerning for improper storage at the depot.

What a total disaster Eezi move was. I had 45 boxes sent from Durban to Hermanus. Admittedly they were not strong boxes but seeing how they were manhandled 5 high down the steps I new they had no chance of arriving in good shape. I particularly mentioned that they were to be delivered to a secure estate and would need a shuttle delivery. I went to far as to recommend a local transporter. On the day of the delivery I was told that it would be done between 6 -7 pm!! No shuttle had been arranged. At extra cost for overtime etc I had to arrange for the goods to be delivered to the local transport company. They arrived at 8.45 pm! This happened more than a month ago and to date I have had no reply from customer care. The agent was never sufficiently communicative about the arrangements. So in my opinion stay well clear of this company.

Relatively cheap at first but then after quote is given at the pick up address by an agent, more costs were added. Covid happened and we eventually got our stuff rwo and a half months, almost two weeks after lockdown was lifted for goods transport... Our stuff was loaded, off loaded(CT); loaded again, then off loaded again(Pta), up loaded and off loaded once again (Dbn), and finally loaded to be off loaded at delivery address. All this after we were told we got a truck direct with a delivery a week after first load.... Some of our stuff were damaged, we found clothes on top of electrical and plastic ware, etc... Breadmachine was broken, one cupboard full of holes and backboard missing... Shall I go on? I was not happy

We were REALLY UNHAPPY with your service. We paid for packing but when the movers arrived, they presented an old qoate. The packing that we did request and pay for was all tippexed out. I wonder how one moves across the country without wrapping their expensive appliances? Another incident which happened was that I found one of the movers removing items from our refuse area - a damaged iorn and a pair of sunglasses were removed without our permission. One of the movers were absolutely rude. This same mover also told us that he "wants to be happy" when he gets our furniture to its destination, in other words demanding a tip. It was never made clear to us that tipping was not included in the price we had already paid. Additionally, we notified the company that there were stairs but when this became a reality the movers complained about this. The movers also arrived 1 day after the set date. I waited a whole day for them to arrive and my calls were not returned. We changed addresses, and despite this being confirmed by the company the movers still arrived at the incorrect address. Response time was also poor. We had to constantly follow up on emails that went unread. Although our items arrived safely to its destination. We will NEVER EVER use or recommend eezi move again.

Received a quote from Eezi Move. Tried to get a hold of the consultant who assisted with the quote to ensure that the correct number of boxes were captured. No response. Called, apparently her line was busy and didn't call me back. sent follow up email and no response. But judging by the reviews im happy I did not use Eezi move.

DO NOT USE! Paid for the service, they collected our goods, then we struggled to get ahold of them for a week to find out where our goods were, they then missed the delivery deadline without informing us, they have now had our stuff for 3 weeks without contacting us, they have not confirmed a new delivery date and thry haven't returned one of our 15 calls trying to get our stuff. Most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced.
