I have a burst meter and I' ve called numerous times they take your address and send technician who has no clue of reading street names why must we say go left or right if there is street names, they called me and said they are just 15 minutes away gave them which road to take and nothing they went back no communication nothing water is running for 72hours. Called again this morning and they said they have technician on stand by who's coming In the morning

The eThekwini Municipality of Water and Sanitation deserves no recognition due to the poor service and no feedback regarding burst water pipes. It has now been 24 hours, and the burst water pipe in the Avoca area has still not been repaired. It has been very difficult to perform daily duties and there has been no communication during the process eg. letting the community know what time the water is expected to come back so we can make alternate arrangements to clean ourselves or sending a water tanker to cover up for less water. It’s absolutely pathetic that this is an ongoing process, with no effort made to ensure that this doesn’t occur again. Seriously, please do a better job in ensuring the welfare of the older people as well as the entire community.
