Poor customer service - I sent Charlene Louw a message on the 1st of Feb, she responded briefly on the 1st, 2nd and 4th to say that she is waiting for response from the factory. I have been sending her reminder emails to follow up with my query but no response up to date and I am still waiting.

Ordering a product from Future packaging is a disaster and they have proved themselves to be dishonest as well as the fact that customer service means zero!!!!! If you can get your goods somewhere else I would suggest that.

Placed an order for boxes in the morning. I had to supply previous costing to sales lady. She gave me the total due. Went in the afternoon to collect. They were out of stock! Why did she not tell me this? Wasted 2 hours of my life and petrol getting there. Very unprofessional. Sales do not give a damn about customer service.
