Human Being

I called in to this company to make some enquiries and was greeted by an unpleasant sounding receptionist who came across very dismissive. At this moment I overheard a lady in the background shouting over the receptionists' voice before taking the phone away from the receptionist. I am not sure who the second lady is that hijacked the phone, but she was brazenly rude and crass. I made it know that I am a client of another hair clinic. She then lambasted me for being a client of another hair clinic and directly made it clear that they DO NOT supply clients of that specific hair clinic, by referring to the hair clinic by name. The manner to which she conducted herself was of a perfunctory nature, which prevented her to consider the caller as a potential future client to their company, and what he may represent. In these trying times a Business cannot afford to be blase when it comes to making an effort to secure potential new business.
