iCare went above and beyond in helping me replace my S6 Edge battery, going out of their way to return my phone as soon as possible out of their business hours on a Saturday. After being quoted R1200 and 7 days by the brand shop in Umhlanga, I was delighted that iCare could sort it within a day at half the cost. I can see an improvement in my phone life already :) iCare made contact with me, staying in touch and responding promptly to any queries I had. The service from the receptionist and the technician was efficient and professional. Thank you, iCare, for an excellent job and top-notch service :)

No Star Rating - Terrible service. Charged me 3 x what was quoted without first clearing the repair with me as they said they would. Took MONTHS to get the repair done. Never return calls and the technician is never there when you go in to the shop. Also sent back a laptop twice that is still not working and has clearly been dropped by them. ( was intact when it went in). I am disgusted.
