Your drivers on the 3 white rangerovers nearly pushed me off the side of the road while speeding and overtaking on a solid line bend and a truck in the on oncoming lane.. No one deserves to be put in danger by irresponsible flashy car drivers with hazards on. 3pm 13/03

I'm not a member but I would like to report bad driving of their vehicle! I've tried to get through to the call center but I couldn't. This driver ICBO 16 almost knocked me off the road!!( verulam R102 robot - 03/02/2012 @16:35) Busy on he's cellphone and having a jolly conversation with he's colleague! He had no remorse what so ever !! Speeding and driving ,chatting, and he had a smirk on he's face when I drove past ! Absolutely pathetic !
What a terrible service I received from a guy working in Bridge city KwaMashu today, I couldn't see his name but he was the only guy in the branch, extremely rude is an underestimate.... As a client I believe I have a right to enquire about a few things on my policy, first question he asked me, how can I come and ask about my policy can't I remember what I signed? Wasn't only that he said if I need to enquire I must call head office and ask. So much of attitude he gave me. I don't understand why there are consultants in branches if they ain't able to help us. Lastly he Just pushed a pamphlet towards me as said every thing I need to know is there wow I just sighed and left
Bad bad bad service. Their agents don't respond to queries on their Whatsapp but the number is said to be of assistance 24/7!!
I appreciate the support I received from I Cebolethu staff, from the time removal of the body, claiming, doctor, death certificate, till the last day. The staff is very supportive, good listeners, dedicated, they know their job. I would like to thank Sbu from Mandeni Ms Mlaba and her Team, the brother who did the romoval of my Grandfather Mr Ximba, you guys are the best....
