Intercape Budget Liner is clean, good air con and very professional, helpful, friendly bus drivers. Carming music. Office for weigh in of luggage at Marine Parade and Durban station. Seating average comfort. Seats very small, not suitable for bigger men or women who hang over side plus makes some form of social distancing impossible. Sanatize hands but that's it. Driver drives extremely well. For what I paid, even with the negatives, still value for money. No toilet and they only stop after four hours so some geriatrics were not doing so well. Think first stop should be 2 n half hours.

I bought a ticket for a relative who was to fetch it upon boarding. I left the ticket with the clerk whom I purchased it from. She called me later to confirm the authenticity of the people fetching the tickets, she confirmed the collection and even confirmed them boarding the bus safely. Now that service

Used a Budgetliner from Durban to Pretoria. Okay experience. However since the bus has no toilet onboard, they need to add at least one recess stop as the journey is a bit long at 9 hours
