Most terrible bus I ever traveled in South Africa,always late and seats are so narrow to sit,and rates are high according to its quality and service.

The office at Durban bus Station is dark and dodgy, dirty with broken chairs. The bus smells damp, is dirty, broken elements that have been “fixed” with tissues and stickers. Uncomfortable chairs for a 5hr trip as though I’m travelling on a local bus. No toilet -and it’s stuffy. The only star I give it is that it left the station on time. No value for money whatsoever on this bus or company. The self operating air conditioner vents not working. I was travelling with my children and I was miserable on their behalf. Luckily they have been on a bus except for school trips so they weren’t badly affected by the trashiest bus ever. The company should consider shutting down and not operating anymore. PLEASE DO NOT USE this bus service especially if you have experienced the likes of Greyhound and Intercape. HORRIBLE SERVICE and you will regret it!!!

You can't give even a qtr star. The toilet is disgusting. No toilet paper. The light doesn't work so I couldn't read. Worst trip I ever took. This liner sucks big time

Good evening you took my money R545 asked a pass code from the bank to verify it, took it and then decline it online with a code 504 Error and no reason why. I phoned your 087 number and a woman bu the name of Elna asked for my mobile number - no other questions was asked from her side - she will phone me back at "the end of today" - it is already 17h15... Finance department will phone me before 19h00 and then it will be sorted. Why? Why could't it been sorted while we were on the line? The office was so noisy that she couldn't hear me and I had to repeat every sentence more than once! Your office is highly unprofessional and her conduct was highly unprofessional!

It was the worst bus trip ever.They changed our bus 4 times - they stopped at a mall in heidelberg and made us climb out with all our bags and wait in the rain.Two hours later we finally got on a bus.They were honestly so disorganized and they weren't helpful when we asked what was happening and what we should do.

In the bus: very loud music from the speakers in the middle of the night and very stuffy due to lack or switch-off air conditioning! Besides, I cound not feel safe there... maybe only me
