Terrible service on two occasions, despite the first incident where the envelopes arrived in a filthy condition and dry glue all over the edges and their staff refusing to acknowledge their mistake of not checking the quality of the envelopes before dispatching it to us. we still gave them the benefit of the doubt and over looked it, however the second incident is unacceptable where they had informed us after sending through a quotation and acknowledging our payment that their driver is hospitalised and that there is absolutely no one that can deliver the envelopes to us (like how is that our problem. We have paid for the envelopes we expect them to ensure that the envelopes are delivered timeously ). upon telephonic conversation to sort out the matter, they had the audacity to ask us if we had a problem with their services before why did we use them again. i am now awaiting a refund.
