Ok so this place has awful service. The consultant that helped me was ok in the beginning but lost momentum as time went on because they had limited stock and could not find dresses that fit me properly. Their large sizes are small cut so really dont know how they can say they cater for plus sizes. She brought me out in 3 dresses and you can try a minimum of 3 for free thereafter its R150 per dress. She charged me R300 for dresses that did not even fit me properly so I did not even leave the changing room with them, I thought that was shady AF. Also they have no customers in the store and I think it's the owners who model the dresses on the gram to attract customers, yet when you are there, they ignore you and are more interested in trying the dresses on themselves for the gram. Oh yeah...and there was a huge effing rat in the store. Horrid service, limited range of dresses and rats...not the best combination. Will never set foot in there again.

The service from the sales consultant was great and that's the only reason i have given a one extra star. But the service from one of the other staff was very disappointing. He continued to sit on our back for every little thing and we couldn't even shop in peace. I was asked to ask some of my family members to leave the store because there were too many of us but the store was not busy or anything. Not happy with the behavior of one of the staff.

Bought a dress for my wife and she completely loved it, had the best customer service, i explained what the dress should look like and i was immediately given the dress of my specifications. Well done La Principessa on your excellent service and amazing quality, will surely buy another dress again.
