This is ridiculous service they have a contact number that nobody answers.They have installed the infrastructure in November last year and i still dont have internet at my premises.Do not use the company

They don't reply to any emails. The contractors doing the line did a terrible job of putting it in and left a complete mess of the verge. It's been in for weeks yet the area still has not been activated for Fibre.

They are a 24hr supplier but close their doors at 5pm . Who pays for my down time between 5pm and 8am ? Your ISP should advertise that they can only supply a service between 8am and 5pm
