Ordered a family feast full chicken . The cashier advised an extra R2.00 - order will be placed in a poly container with extra basting sauce . I was totally shocked - the basting was burnt oil (i have a taken a photo) . The chips were burnt and had a lot of spice. I have ordered from this branch before and the meals were never of this standard - totally unacceptable and un- appetizing. I called the manager and he mentioned that he would give me a 10% discount on my next meal - definitely not - this will be my last visit at Mochachos overport .

Ordered burgers via uber eats promo. Their chicken burgers i think are their specialty. Excellent excellent quality. From the first bite you know its going to be good. Perfect ratio of sauces and spice and fresh lettuce. One of the best chicken burgers you will ever find. Buns were fresh and toasted and it gives the impression of a tasty meal. Had the hot flavor and it was perfect amount of heat and not over powering. Keep up the good work.

Ordered food from them . Wasn't made nicely. Conplained and got a meal replacement for the future. When tried to claim it. No one knows anything. Eventually it gets sorted out. And I told them to make sure this time its done properly. They still got it wrong. Even sent a picture to them. And nothing done till now. So I wipe my hands off this establishment..

I ordered from the restaurant using uber eats. I ordered the "Beeg burger, Beeg chips", which is a mochachos speciality, in the flavour "hot". The burger was dry and it was definitely lemon and herb flavoured. The chips were definitely not "Beeg". No value for money. I called the store to notify them that the meal was absolutely sub-par. The manager/owner strangely said he'd get back to me, when he could really just apologize on the spot. He has not gotten back to me. I suspect the standard of this Mochachos is shabby as a result of poor management.

Worst Mochachos Ever. Firstly we were being rushed into placing our order yet we were the only customers there. The guy at the till didn't seem to understand that we were still browsing the menu but kept insisting we "take a burger or chicken". Then after placing and paying for the order we went to the seating area which was absolutely filthy and infested with flies. There were leftovers on a nearby table that were attracting the flies. Our order was then changed to take away because we couldn't stand sitting in a filthy eating area. To make matters worse I was even given the wrong flavour. People, I Highly recommend you stay away from this branch. To the owner - your branch is disgusting from the service to the hygiene standards. This branch should be shut down!

I just bought 3 chicken burgers and chips and it was absolutely terrible. Even my dog refused to eat it. Absolutely sad especially for the price I paid. Breast had no taste although I bought hot and pinkishin side.
