I was very disappointed with their service. I made an appointment to shireen and while on the phone with me she said she was writing it down in her diary. The next day I went to my appointment only to find that nobody was there and the place was locked after ringing the bell numerous times a lady came to open the door and said shireen had left and all the girls had gone home early. This was at 12.30 noon. I have 3 babies, had hired a nanny and drove all the way to avoca from umhlanga to receive pathetic service. Nobody had bothered to notify me that they were closing early so I sent shireen a what's app message about me being outside which was read but no reply. I also tried calling but no answer. It is now over a week later and nobody has called pr apologised.

I had a massage here when I travelled home to Durban on holiday and it was amazing! I fell off to sleep on the massage table as I felt so relaxed. The ambiance is great, with the calming instrumental music playing softly in the background accompanied by the distant sounds of chimes in the background. These are sure to create the same relaxed feeling in you that I experienced. I was also impressed by the variety of different treatments available and how affordable they all were and I will surely book a pamper day when I return to Durban in the near future.
