Great to run with like minded people.

A community based running group that leave from this spot every Tuesday and Friday. The run is 10km and is never the same route! The route is called by the caller at 5.15 sharp and the up to - 600 runners take off on the streets of Durban North. Other runs are held on every day of the week - check Regent Harriers website or Facebook pages
