I've been waiting for 30 mins at the store still waiting to be assisted, while people standing closer than a 1m next to me. No one ever answers the phone. I've sent mails and called about 5 times and physically drove here for the 4th time already in the last 2 weeks. They really need to get more staff and up their customer service. I guess if you don't have any other choices, you have to accept what you get. Very disappointing. On the phone they told me they had the parts I required as a vehicle just came in. I drove here for the fourth time, and it's the incorrect vehicle, so I drove here for nothing, again. The last time I drove here from Stanger. Will see if the 3rd staff member can assist me now. Here's hoping!

My son called about a blower motor that had been kindly tracked down by Pro Elect (excellent service from Pro Elect). He made arrangements with Shane to buy it today and drove all the way from Hillcrest today only to find out that they had just sold it to someone in Cape Town!

Bad service they take your money thats all.Their slip says returns and refunds are allowed but when you return no one is willing to take back product and give your money back.they telling you about 20% handle fees. But the part is not work at all. Only good at selling with reasonable price but not willing to assist further.Not happy at
