Its just too far away. N such an inconvenience for a poorly wrapped n damaged 1st delivery. For me 2 collect after it was restored or replaced was not the fault of mine. N to be forced to collect was ridiculous as its exceptionally a long distance away from where i live. N for the money i had spent. Delivery should have been free. !! Service at pick up point was standard

Excellent service and delivery time. Ordered stuff on a Saturday evening and the items arrived on a Tuesday. Products were as advertised and no issues with quality or performance of the goods ordered! Prices were much more competitive than retail and chain store prices and no delivery costs for some orders which made the slight wait acceptable. However, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any item, they have an excellent, no hassle return and refund /replace policy. I tried it was and was really surprised on how painless the process is. The purchasing process is very safe with your bank sending you a verification pin to confirm the purchase from your account. Refunds are deposited into the same account. Download their app and search for any product that you wish to purchase and they should have it on their site. Very rarely will you find something cheaper elsewhere! You can have your items delivered to your home or you can collect from one of their collection centers, just check if there is one in your city.
Bought a dashcam from takealot. Was defective. Had it replaced and the replacement kinda smoked me out of my car. Requested refund and bought a more expensive one however this shows serious lack of quality control and shows how easy hazardous/dangerous products can come from them.
