Pathetic and poor services Never keep up to their commitment Vehicle went in 3 times for the same repairs – very bad workmanship Never return calls when messages are left – we always have to do constant follow up Incurred additional cost via another service provider for the same job Management and owner were not helpful in this situation Will not recommend RDG to anyone Payment had nothing to do with your poor repairs and unprofessional service. Payment was only held back because RDG kept on adding onto the original quote. This company and their management is full of empty promises and they currently have a bad name in the market place.

They damaged my vehicle and although they repaired it, it is not the same and neither have they compensated me whilst the car was with them for 9 months due to the damage caused. Very disappointing for such a large company who claim to be professionals.

bad service . they dont follow up and i have been told twice they will call back 24 hours later no callthey do not honor the work they do further to this its been more than 6 months and they still have not resolved the issue ,,,,, when i call i am told they will look into it and get back to me but hardly ever do

They kept my bakkie for too long, i never got a firm total quotation amount and they still have not connected my speedometer cable on the gearbox they repaired, even after a phone call to say my speedometer is not working
