I went there today and the actual guys that do the testing and documentation were amazing. But I am very disgusted in the lady that was put at the front door to do the temperatures and sanitizing, I went there just between 11 and 12. I was standing nxt to my husband and there were other ppl too standing together outside on the pavement (where there are no social distancing markings) I touched my husband and I got singled out and got given such attitude to keep social distancing but she never told this to her "friends" which were nxt to her bunched together trying to get into the shade. I had to go stand in the sun because she was jealous of God knows what. Everyone should be treated the same, it's a tough time out there and we cannot be using these fake power of authority to implement our own disgusting agendas. You need to sort out the attitude of this employee.
Very bad Ethics My wife took the vehicle there the day before and was told to come back the next day as vehicle needs to be booked,08h00am was her booking, she gets there and trucks were given priority over her, at 11h00am she was told to return at 13h00pm which she does, again there's 2 trucks in front of her, she queries and is told to wait, the inspector then goes on lunch then my wife queries as to why is she being ignored on both occasions and she has bookings, again she is told to just wait now this angers the guys there and her turn comes, obviously now due to her complaints they were going to make sure the vehicle does not go through the system "TYPICAL''...THE VEHICLE DOES NOT GO THROUGH THE SYSTEM BECAUSE OF COSMETIC DENT ON THE FRONT BUMPER OF THE VEHICLE....stating that this might have an effect on the lights so it must get fixed lol...I decide to leave what I am doing and head there myself, I meet up with a truck driver outside the gate as you cant just enter due to social distancing and ask him what's his experience with the customer service in this place, he explains to me that as long as you got a little something to give your vehicle never fails,this now shows why there's so much trucks there, they must be bribing handsomely, I decide to leave after hearing the sickening news, straight to Sydney road roadworthy Centre, my vehicle passes through the system with no problems...these guys at Mobeni test center is either sexist, corrupt or just have bad work ethics whereby no one in their facility must complaint if they feel they are unfairly treated...evidence on the attached photo there's nothing loose, no cracks or anything on the lights, just a minor dent on the bumper and cosmetics...hope you guys enjoy my 600rand I paid for your'lls unethical service
