Phoned around quite a bit to find a specific part and apparently Shower Haus are the only stockists. Nice and friendly service. The area the store is located at is quite busy and lots of traffic, better or more visible signage to spot the store when passing by would be an improvement.

Very unfriendly staff and management. Despite providing a sample they supplied an incorrect hinge. I struggled for over 4 hours than realised an incorrect size was supplied. When it was brought to the attention of management. I was told that I had to pay a 50% penalty if I wanted to change the hinge for the correct one because the incorrect hinge was now considered used. The attitude of the management was bad I would not recommend this company to any one.

Would not go with them again. The employees don't greet, unpunctual, and apparently it's not part of their training that they learn to say sorry if they destroy the parts they are supposed to assemble. They left us without a shower for days in December without so much of an apology. First time they came they were more an hour late, and did not even call or say sorry. Office staff is professional, but doesn't make up for the people they send to your home.
