The Spectrum team were honstely one of the most dedicated and professional team I have come across. The went well beyond expectations.
I live in Italy and the Uk and own several properties. I thought the Spectrum web sight was well presented and easy to use. I tend to purchase a lot of table linen and bedware so I decided to use this company to see if they were efficient and supplied good products. As they say in their advertising they value their customers. Unfortunately this has not been the case for me. Their customer service department based on my experience with an adviser called Roreda was extremely poor, no listening skills and extremely unhelpful. As regards their courier company UPS there was no information about tracking or delivery dates. Time and money telephoning Spectrum and UPS gave confirmed dates of delivery, all be it in a time slot from 9am until 7pm, but it never happened. No further communication from UPS. There is a belief by UPS that they can deliver at any time because the customer will always be in. Spectrum has no duty of care, when things go wrong all they do is quote their policy which is to wash their hands of the matter, unfortunately no flexability. Please read the information about this award winning comany on their web site and re read their mission statement about valuing their customers. As regards the rating of this company I do not hate the company I just hoped that they could have done much better. They have lost one disatified customer and most probably three to four hundred more,
