On Monday 20 May 2019 I walked into Splush at Hillcrest Corner at 17:42 to purchase a bottle of Shampoo and a bottle of Conditioner - total value approximately R800. I was told by the cashier that she had already cashed up and if I wanted to purchase something I would have to pay cash. I never carry cash on me so was unable to make the purchase. The shop only closes at 18:00 and customers should be able to make purchases by card until 18:00. Poor customer service! I will not be back and will make my R800 purchase elsewhere.

“We are not trained to do “ethnic” hair”. What is ethnic hair i asked.... your hair was the response. All this was said in front of other clients. Felt very embarrassed and quickly left with my “ethnic” hair. Requested an owner contact me.... nothing yet.
