Easy to access the facility. Friendly & helpful staff. A variety of trolleys to move different articles to the storage unit & the ramp made it effortless. Also very impressed with the eco lighting & the paperless registration process.
The young lady who helped me with all the paperwork was excellent. No problem to go out in the rain to view the units - I was impressed. The young man who drives the forklift has been fantastic & has helped me with the unloading of my belongings without a moan. What a pleasant young man. The staff are outstanding - well done.
