We are a registered NPO based in Durban, South Africa that has been providing lessons in survival and functional spoken English for over 6 years using TEFL methods. Free classes are offered on on Saturday mornings at a local primary school, run by a group of volunteer teachers trained in TEFL / TESOL / CELTA methods. Students include refugees and migrants from many African countries, who speak little or no English and increasingly South Africans who wish to improve their spoken English. Talk English has now diversified to offering English-teaching services to any organisation, such as NGOs, embassies, social services, schools and corporates.
