I waited 3 days to receive a quote from this company. I made numerous phone calls from both my landline & cellphone to get assistance. They are not people friendly when dealing with clients, who are re sellers. It's a poor reflection off my company to make my client wait 3 days to get a quote from me. I seriously hope that the company can look at getting quotes to clients at a faster response time. An apology also helps calm the situation, in this case none was offered by the lady who sent me the quote 3 days later it felt like she was doing me a favour......
