Really disappointing customer service, sales rep was so friendly and helpful until the sale was made. Straight after we paid we had to sleep with no bed for 3 days because said they said the money had not cleared even after I called my bank and confirmed the money had been cleared. They kept saying they would call me back and let me know but never did I had to call them every day to get a status update! Truly terrible service I will not use them ever again!

Pathetic service, especially from the Springfield branch.... The sales rep fools customers by asking them to use a scissor to rip the sofa to show durability but in actual fact they use genuine leather....I purchased the Arizona leather in 2017 and it's now peeling off ....I'm disappointed because I paid R20 000 for it....they are doing nothing to sort this out.

Don’t ever purchase a leather or so called leather lounge suite fro Teds. It may be cheap but will cost you in the long term.. terrible product .. starts peeling and tearing after 2 years and no help from teds without cost .. not real leather .. rather pay the extra and get a decent set.. useless product and useless service from all including their management.. wasted my R 24k

If I have any regrets it would be purchasing a lounge suite at this store. I had bought a leather lounge suite or at least I was told that it is genuine leather. However, I am not sure if it really was made of genuine leather since it required repairing every year. Even though the customer service is excellent I wish the product was just as excellent.
