After reading great reviews online, we gave Little India a try and were very disappointed in both the food and the pricing. We were charged an astronomical R65 for a rock shandy - this is twice the price charged in most restaurants. There was no garlic in the garlic naan bread, and the "extra hot" lamb Vindaloo was completely underwhelming. When we asked for chillies on the side to try and get some heat into what was meant to be a very spicy dish, we were charged for them. Most restaurants would be concerned that their customers were disappointed with the meal, but the server at Little India was only interested in delivering the food and charging for it. Furthermore the atmosphere was stark and uninviting. We won't go back.

Very well presented in a authentic atmosphere. Very tasty food in true Indian style. Even their medium Mutton Vindaloo is not too hot on the palette. Their service is super fast and very attentive. Plastic tablecloths do look very 'cheap' and should be replaced in my opinion! A tad too pricey though! Not your everyday kind of expense...
