Very disappointed at the attitude of the administration. I was living in South Africa for work and ended up leaving at the beginning of the month. I had informed the instructor this would be my daughter's last month. There is barely ever anyone in the office, hence, I could not speak to the admin in person. I understand I was supposed to make a written request but I forgot to do so. I pleaded for them to overlook it as I would no longer be in the country. They refused and threatened to escalate to their legal team. Very unfortunate that they deal this way for a couple of hundred Rands. Otherwise, our dealing with the instructors has been phenomenal.

A great venue with very able and passionate instructors. The venue has guarded on street parking and inside has seating for parents and grandparents. It also has a shop for after swimming refueling and warm showers to clean off the chlorine. A great place for your kids to learn how to be water safe or become the next SA olympian
