One of the most accommodating and comfortable places to get all Samsung repairs done!!! The staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. The minute you walk in you are welcomed and directed to the section you require, be it electronics or cellphone etc. The Iddealic thing for me was their hot beverage section !!! The waft of a great coffee gets you in the mood for business!! Comfortable seating whilst you waiting, plenty of reading material and staff who have amass of techno knowledge. They are quick and efficient and the main focus is always the Customer. I highly recommend this place. Well done to the Team for the prompt service and efficiently dealing with my cell phone repair and attaining the spares I needed for my household appliance

Obtained a spare power cable and remote (both OEM) for a client at short notice... Staff went above and beyond to secure the items just in time for a colleague's trip to Durban for the long weekend... Saved our hides
My samsung phone was repaired in June2020 whilst still warranty. The screen and main board were replaced. By November, the phone had vertical green lines which went progressively worse, with now a slight gap between the screen and the phone. They make you pay a non refundable assessment fee, for which the technician doesn't even open the phone, its just a visual check. Then quote you an exorbitant fee to repair forcing you to scrap it, which they happy/enthusiastic to assist you do. In my case they claimed the same screen THEY had replaced a few months earlier had failed again, yet a google search indicates poor soldering. Customer service: Disgraceful as the customer facing person doesn't know anything, nor is the result of the assessment on their printout. They accused me of pressuring the phone yet there's no sign of that on the screen. They wrote "marks and scratches" on both the jobcards yet there are none. The level of workmanship is extremely poor and you're at their mercy of their opinion. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Well I eventually had to take my washing machine out my bakkie by myself or else it seemed like it would stay there...was to much of far back in the bakkie...let's see how the repairs go
Called to get a quote/advise on a tv that needs to be repaired. I was asked to give my details, and a tech would call me back. Its been a week. Still nothing. Called again, only to be told the tech has my number and will call me soon. The wait continues
Worth asking for quote, usually cheaper than replacing new! Staff assisted with good intention, not negotiable on price.

Worst people to deal with!! You have to wait at least 5mins to get through, then get told that the spares they were supposed to get needs to be ordered 1st. Zero customer service and care.
