Unisa looks very run down. I was shocked to see it after about 2 years since I've last been there. All around the parking area and outside makes it look like an abandoned building. It's very sad

Terrible Service, spent half the day there for nothing, eventually had to leave due to no one helping, just a chaotic environment with the EFF and ANC making noise but no solutions

Nhlanhla Mthwana

Worst service ever whether online or physical

This is definitely an institution with very few competent administrators. The first time I was doing my application they registered me for the wrong modules and insufficient modules and the examination department has not responded to an email I sent has not responded to an email that I sent on May. Another administrator sent me fee that I need to pay and when I did she then responded by saying they can't activate my modules. The phones are never answers emails are responded to after days if you are lick and enquiries are never answered.. this is a nonsense institution. Competency on administrators is really lacking . No human element and any care to students who are before anything customers to the instit
