I was in Durban on holiday when suddenly my radiator gave up. I called Josh at Vicks auto clinic and he sorted everything out within a day. I needed the car back urgently as we were leaving for JHB and he assured me that the car will be ready in 24 hours. I must say that it was honestly and excellent experience from the time I drove the the car into the workshop till the moment I drove out. Vicks is RMI approved and most if not all warranties are excepted here. My car is running great again. Thanks Josh and Vicks for all the assistance. Extremely happy customer. Keep up the great work!

Really positive experience dealing with the guys here. I drive a pretty rare 8 yr old turbo-engined Italian car and even have difficultly with the dealership's knowledge of the vehicle. VAC not only repaired a cracked coolant pipe (while a new one is on back order with the dealership), but were also able to advise me on a pcv valve that was operational but indicating wear. They went a step further by actually removing the parts and supplying the samples to the dealership so the correct parts could be ordered. Took a few days, but to no fault of their own. I especially appreciated the follow up call to check coolant levels and excess air in the system. Will happily be going back to fit the new coolant pipe in the coming days.

Inferior quality parts. Car cambelt kit that was supplied and fitted by them only did 17000km. Parts were leaking grease. They say branded parts were. Not branded at all.
