Explained I needed a single din fascia for fitment to an Audi A4 B6...they quoted R495 for the fascia and R350 installation of new radio. Get there and they ordered double din fascia which is what was quoted on incorrectly....they exchanged it for single din but price remained same...single din should have been R295. When I mentioned I should get it cheaper was told had to pay delivery for wrong part ordered...so the customer in essence pays for suppliers mistake in ordering and quoting incorrect part.....robbed of R200.
