We really enjoyed our Take-Away meal - we waited an appropriate amount of time for some delicious food The staff are super friendly and so willing to help! We got the Avo/Roqueford Chicken Schnitzel and the 150g Sirloin with extra Hot Veg. Our only complaint would be the lack of eating utensils or serviettes as we were in a B&B that also did not supply eating equipment. As a take-away service, you should be offering utensils/condiments/serviettes to take-away customers - it was really interesting trying to eat a steak with no fork and knife

All Covid protocols were observed (except for screening!) Food was delicious as usual. Service was friendly, efficient and engaged, even though we arrived right at the end of the day and left as the kitchen closed.

First you are seated on the table that is not wiped.The crumbs and glass spill marks are visible on the table. It is clear the table was not cleaned and disinfected after previous customer. Second it takes almost 10 minutes before the waitress attend your table and 30 to 40 minutes before your food is ready. Thirdly management does not to assist with issues instead your concerns are ignored. Fourthly the Birthday celebration music is always unavailable due to unresolved technical fault but there is music always playing while you eat.I suggest "celebrate Birthday with us "slogan should be pause for now as you giving kids false hope. They ask so many questions...why they ddnt sing or play a song for me.. Thank God I have internet, I played a spur video song for her and problem was ease. Word of advise resolve your Birthday celebration song not to play for specific people only. We not that dumb we can observe.

It was really very bad. We ordered the burger with the mushroom sauce on the top and added cheese exstra. We waited 1 hour for our food to come. The burger had no mushroom sauce on it. The disappointment to get something that does not look like it look on the menu was really bad. When we were done we waited another 20 min no waiter come to ask if all is right are we happy with the food. So we stood up went to the till and I told the young man there the service there is bad and don't false advertise something u can not give. I don't know why the service at spur is so bad.

Absolutely shocking service. We waited for ages just get someone to seat us. The service was different towards white customers. Wouldn't recommend especially if you are a person of colour.
