I should've read all of the google reviews first before ordering... Ordered some cables on 27 Feb 2021 (Today is 18 March 2021), with shipping ETA of 3-8 days, quantity in stock was more than the amount I ordered (Order #105569). After a week I called them and they re-assured me that my order will be shipped out. Did not receive a tracking number. Called again, was promised that my order will be shipped a few days later, but they don't have enough stock to fulfill my order so they will have to source some from a different warehouse. They are no longer answering my calls or my Whatsapp messages. They have even switched off their phone or blocked me now after trying to get through again this morning. Not sure If they are SCAM artists or just completely incompetent. Worst customer service ever!

If only i could give a 0 star rating, i would also like to deter people from using this site. I will also have to move to attempting a reversal of some sorts, been trying to track my parcel for the past 2 weeks now, getting no response on emails and no1 is answering the phone, disgusting service.
SCAM ALERT! Dont ever buy anything from this website. This website might seems legit, but once payment goes through, BYE. They said the delivery is already on its way but they can't give me a tracking/waybill number. Emailed and phoned to ask, same answer. Its sent already, but can't give me any proof of delivery nor a tracking number. No products received for 10 days and counting. Utterly disgusting. Going to file for reversal from FNB. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
Amazing experience with Bits N Bytes, initially I was skeptical being a start-up company, but I have to say I was impressed. Their products are cheap of good quality and communication was excellent. I will recommend patronizing their company. Thumps UP!

They promise delivery within 3-7 days. I've been waiting 12 days. No correspondence from them. I had to phone and email them numerous times. Unacceptable. Do not order from them. Full of lies.
Really poor experience. I eventually got my order, but not before speaking to chasing the distributor of the product directly
I ordered a refurbished Zebra label printer on 2 Nov 2020 and the website showed 13 in stock. On the 5th I sent an e-mail to ask when it will ship as I had no communication. They responded that the technicians finished testing and will be dispatched on the 6th. On Saturday afternoon I got a Payfast notification that my payment was refunded with description: Faulty printhead. Up to this point I had no communication from Bits N Bytes regarding my order and they just decided after a whole week of waiting on my order, they are going to cancel it without even sending me and e-mail at least. Communication is key and you should not sell stock on your website that you do not have.
