My broken bike worked better before I sent it in to these people... I paid for you to fix my bike, not make it worse than it was before I sent it in. How can you call yourself a mechanic? Disgraceful and disgusting service.

This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Your service almost cost my brother his life... TWICE. We have had to send the bike back to you THREE TIMES and IT. IS. STILL. BROKEN. How can you possibly consider yourselves mechanics? How are you allowed to operate a business in this manner? If I had my way I would shut you down immediately before you do actually kill somebody. It is not only the mechanical service which is disgusting but the administrative service and the after service customer care is the poorest I have ever come across. I am in administration and customer service and I would be incredibly disgusted with myself if I ever turned out service like yours. The staff are rude, lazy and do not actually do their jobs. The bike was with you for three months before we actually received any kind of feedback from you... and we had to chase you down ourselves to get any feedback. When we did so, your staff acted as if we were disturbing and bothering them when we actually just wanted an update. Any kind of update. I understand that there are delays and problems with sourcing and couriering parts but I expect you to then inform us. You only did so after my husband got into an altercation with one of the staff members WHO THEN DEMANDED AN APOLOGY from him. If you had any sense of human decency or pride in your work you would cease all operations immediately or totally overhaul your shop. Never again will you see service from me or anybody I come into contact with. Appalling, shoddy and pathetic.
Owner of the company is so detached from the world of business. After messing up getting moaned at the owner requested that we apologize. Which is pathetic, if you provide terrible service and get moaned at it for it dont request an apology! Just do the job right the first time! The shoddy work that comes out of this has almost caused two paying customers to crash after paying and waiting months. Terrible terrible terrible work ethic.
If I could give -5 stars I would. After paying R4500.00 for repairs, I waited 3 months for the bike. When I got the bike the first time it had to be returned because the brakes, the kill switch and the indicators were not working. The mechanic then told me that the carb wasn't cleaned which was causing the issues! REALLY, THE CARB? I returned the bike for repairs a SECOND time. Was told to collect a few days later. ON THE WAY HOME the bike died and would not start at all. Then I was told by the business partner to calm down when I confronted him about this disgusting service. How is this company still functioning? If I had not already paid for the repairs, I would take it somewhere else in a second. I could have just flushed my money down the toilet... it would have had the same effect.
Would give 0 stars if i could for unhelpful attitude and parts support for things as simple as brake pads for one of their own branded motorcycles!
I took my bike in to get fixed in 2015 they took 2 months to fix the bike and on top of it all they did not check the bike properly and almost caused a huge accident because the bike just stopped moving on the hiway and slowed down dramatically as if I had pulled breaks the car behind me just missed me thank God I will never take anything to be serviced there again they do not Evan apologies because of there negligence I was almost in an accident that's disgusting...
