We just moved to EL and bought fridge, dishwasher, laundry machine and a lot other stuff there because they have it all. Quality of the goods is awesome. But what was really the deal breaker is that I was served by different guys and all were awesome. Suggested a slightly more expensive machine but double worth the money. And then it happened. The laundry machine wasn't delivered as expected the next day. We went back (we just live 10min drive away) and explained our issue. The service guys tried to fix it, the manager came and there was some issue with the delivery system. The manager told me not to wait, he will sort it out and the machine will arrive today. And it did. I can only say that this is the BEST Game shop I ever visited in South Africa.

Game Vincent Park! Terrible Service. My elderly parents bought a TV with an extended warranty. After taking it in during OCTOBER 2020 , they have been pushed from pillar to post - told it would be fixed in Durban only to be told it couldn't be fixed and a service provider in EL would give it a try. I have telephoned as from yesterday and its back and forth. Surely a refund should be provided. All my Father wants is his money so he can purchase another TV. Two months of no TV.

Game Vincent is a hub to many and I had many of my colleagues and friends referring me to the store because of the specials and variety of goods they stock. On more than 1 occasion and different times of the day, I had enquiries at their electronic, appliance and furniture departments and I had to wait a long time for the right person to assist me. Will it be possible to ensure that staff is at their various departments and have someone to relieve them when needed? Also whoever relieves them have knowledge about the product in that department, please? Especially now with the COVID19 pandemic, you would not need your store to be overcrowded because people are waiting on 1 person to help them. I am looking forward to visiting your store and enjoy amazing service. Thank you in advance

The specials at game are always a great way of buying in bulk and saving some money. There is a vast array of television sets, printers, laptops, cellphones, cutlery, food and storage. This is the ultimate megastore! Definately the place I would go to to purchase a few household items. Big and small.
