I called NHLS East London, COVID 19 testing laboratory for my kids results that I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for them. A lady that answered the phone was sooooo rude, I would love to send through a complaint about her but unfortunately she didn't even tell me her name. I was left asking myself a lot of questions I couldn't have answers to. NHLS EAST LONDON please train your employees on customer care, what just happened to me is not professional guys.
