Good customer service
Loyalty means nothing, monthly charges considerably more than opposition. Original installation of passive turned out was not protecting the entry, original services given was dropped without being informed and when questioned did not give solution or reasonable explanation. Their armed response staff were amazing when needed on two occassions over the years. The faults are with Management , installation and costs. Not worth being loyal to this company . Need to also ensure yourselves if you are properly protected with their installation choices.Our business is certainly not valued by Red Alert. Being a loyal customer for well over 18 years mean nothing to the company. They are unwilling to correct their error with original installation . Turned out the passive was installed in completely wrong place and was not protecting the entrance.
