Walked in looking for ideas on kitchen cupboards. Nice variety although nobody offered my husband and I any assistance.
Purchased boards and put up delivery option on 7/10,(Tuesday) expected delivery 9/10/2020 , Answer on enquiry don't expect delivery baby time soon ,you can get your refund if you want. What's that??
I honestly don't have the words to describe my disappointment and disgust in Wood and Timber Center. We had placed an order for 8 boards to be collected this after. We phoned 3 times throughout the day asking that the boards be wrapped in plastic due to the weather (rain) and were told it would be done. My fiance arrived at the collections point this afternoon to be given 7 boards and not 8 and told they don't have stock! How do you sell anything without having stock? Also the boards are not wrapped in plastic like we had asked 3 times today!! He now has to drive out to Wilsonia on a Friday afternoon in this weather to collect the additional board that we paid for. Very poor service.

Service is shocking. My wood was delivered 2 months ago however some pieces were cut incorrectly and some were not delivered at all. After two months I'm still waiting for the outstanding pieces of wood. They have been promising to cut new pieces weekly until I decided to wait for them while they cut. I waited more than 4 hours and not a single person came to apologise. I'm still waiting by the way.
