Our Lodge in Harare trading as " Art Lodges " is now 100% off grid and thanks to Easy Power who brought us to this level. I had looked and interviewed several companies both in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Easy Power qualified as my choice. During the sale they educated me on their products with Donovan taking the lead in displaying amazing product knowledge and profound customer skills. Accounts office further impounded on professionalism , making me content with the purchase . My consignment was shipped and everything arrived as packed Installation and commissioning were a master piece. My system is monitored without problems from South Africa by Mr. Perez who commands impeccable knowledge and friendliness, patience and willingness to assist round the clock regardless the day of the week. Because of this service, I am a happy customer and have upgraded my system three times and have had zero downtime. I recommend Easy Power to any serious Solar Investor.

Excellent service and honest advice on the backup system for my house including official Schneider inverter per the pic. EasyPower said to expect at least 4 hours of power for my house to get us through loadshedding, when the neighbourhood had an outage during a storm recently we still had 30% power left on the battery after 6 hours - not often that ones expectations are surpassed by that much!! Most importantly for me, installation and wiring was done neat and professionally which is so important for these systems, cutting costs on installation can be an instant fire risk. Do not buy the equipment and try do this yourself, I would even avoid the 'qualified installers', your house and safety is more important

Easy Power was recommended to me by a friend who had a back-up power system installed last year. My intteraction with Karl, who guided me through the the available options, was first class. The intallation team arrived on the Feb 12th and carried out the installation and necessary re-wiring with great efficiency. The installation was very neat and tidy and the workmanship of a high standard. I am a very satisfied customer.

Very responsive during sales process. Instalation process not nearly as smooth. Support piss poor. This company is definitely not the cheapest and the experience, once you have an issue doesn't live up to expectations. Not recommended. For example whether the inverter has a warranty problem or not; you are expected to pay a R2500 fee to remove the inverter and then another R750 fee to check it in........
