This has to be by far the most efficient small call center around South Africa. From the excellent training provided, the great supportive managers who are willing to help you fall back and help you get back up at every go, all the way to the amazing coffee stands Ec3 stands out amazing! Their trainers not only prepare you to work to your best ability but builds conversational skills as well. So its not just training its a life lesson that will assist you going further!! BIG UPS EC3!!!

The experience and atmosphere at EC3 was awesome, the staff are friendly and like family from the HR/recruitment staff to the sales agents always helpful and approachable. Most warming professional environment I have ever been in. Employees are very welcoming and helpful. The thing that stands out the most for me is that every employee has a voice within the company and is equally listened too.The hiring process was efficient and the training was very informative. Management is polite and understanding and allows employees to feel welcome to come to them with any situation.

my experience with EC3 has been amazing thus far, from how they conducted their interview, they literally gave me the best experience of my life, i literally did my interview with the CEO and Director of the company and that for me was mind blowing because i have never experienced anything like that before and i thought that would probably be the only best thing but then i did my training with them and wow that also took the cup, its in how they are so professional in everything they do, training was very impactful i actually learnt more about my capabilities through their training. and i love the fact that they are so united and very welcoming and very fun. i love they are all about empowering people and care so much about their people.

so far I've been in the business from the 18th of January 2021, till date, and so far all i can say is that it has been an absolute pleasure being a part of the business since the first second I walked in.
