We had all our wooden cottage pane windows replaced with Econo Windows aluminium windows. Excellent service and a beautiful finished product. I was especially impressed with the speed at which a change in window was made after I changed my mind. No fuss or raised eyebrows. Just got on and rebuilt the frame. Marc Richards was the project manager/sales person. Very helpful and accommodating.
I was extremely disappointed with the Service provided by Yumna and Denzil, it took weeks for a reply and am still waiting for them to fix the issue with the Stacked door that was originally installed by Econo Windows. Wanted a new door installed and still waiting for the quote.
I had no response from Econo Windows after sending 3 emails and speaking twice to Yumna (the receptionist). You cannot consider yourself a professional company with that kind of ignorance. 5 attempts, no reply.
The team fitted our windows effortlessly, with professionalism and grace. Will definitely recommend Malcolm and the EconoWindow team.
Met at our building. Spent 90 minutes briefing the consultant. He took copious amounts of notes. Waited a month. Followed up. Waited another month. Called their office and made a complaint. Still waiting ....
