Stay away from this place. The cheat you when you wanna sell something and they say they open at 09:00 its 09:10 now. Rather go to Cash Converters at Festival Mall. The staff there are more helpful and they don't cheat you.....

Unfortunately I felt into a trap of what I don't know if is the nature of their business or was just pure bad luck, I visited the store 2 times and spoke to 2 different staff member about same product, as I was shopping for specific. A day after I was sold a wrong product,despite my effort of explaining exactly what I was shopping for. I am being told to sell it to them with less than 40% of what I bought it with because they don't want to refund me as the product is not faulty but they intentionally sold me wrong product, if that is not modern-day day-light robbery then I don't know what is. What I know though is I would never again wish to enter that store or to recommend it to anyone else as they defeat the whole purpose of doing business fairly.

Wish i could give them 0 stars. Despicable Service. They start gossiping about us right in front of customers and gave us a phone with peoples banking details on them so if i was a crook i could've stolen money from people. but i didn't because i am a good person but imagine if the wrong person gets their hands on another phone with people banking details on it? and the phone doesn't ring or get calls lol. Manager? i don't even know how she got the position. I don't think they were even taught customer service. What sales person argues with a customer? lol

This branch likes robbing people. Wanted to sell a working sandwich press and they offer R40 for it. Who are you kidding? Then they will go sell it for R200. This is robbery, you can go buy your mother's sandwich press for R40!! 0 stars!!!!! This is why people dont support local businesses, think they entitled to everything for free

Worst cash converters in the whole east rand extremely poor customer service would recommend any body to shop at this store as staff are not available for service and lies to customers about management being in the store plus they sale broken goods for the same price as there other franchise store with the same product in a working condition and would not recommend buying from this store as we have proof and evidence of non performance very poor service rather go out of business sale person said we can go ahead and report the so called cash converters experience a customer must experience from a poor service (can report this to the customer service consumer act as this is unfair trading) and we have proof of the service we experienced and sent to there head office online website
